Import of duplicates (rahra)

Hi!

I am posting this here because the talk mailing list seems to be offline.

I observed that you imported a lot of duplicates on 14th of September 2011.
Those are duplicates in respect to the OSM database.
Please check if there are nodes which express the same and reuse them before
creating new nodes.
